Design for proposed window, Saint Paul's Cathedral, Detroit, Michigan. Please note that while Charles J. Connick's stained glass windows make up about half of all the windows in this cathedral [ http://www.detroitcathedral.org/index.php/about-us/our-history?showall=&start=6 accessed 5/20/2012 ], it is not known at the time of writing this description whether or not this particular design became a window installed and currently existing in this cathedral designed by Ralph Adams Cram. INSCRIPTIONS: [top center:] Bless all Ye Works of the Lord Lord Praise Him and Magnify Him for Ever / [left to right across three panels from top to bottom:] Ye Sun . Ye Heavens . [ ___ ] Moon / All Ye Angels of the Lord . O All Ye Powers of the Lord / O Ye Heavens Bless the Lord . Praise Him and Magnify Him For Ever / O Ye Mountains . O Ye Waters That Be Above the Firmanent . and Hills / O Ye Lightenings and clouds / Winter . and Summer / O Ye Ice and Snow / O Ye Showers / O Ye Night and Days . O Yew Winds of God .
