Relief depicts the investiture of Narseh: Narseh receives the crown from the goddess Anahita. A small prince stands between Narseh and Anahita. Behind Narseh, on the left, stands a vizier in an attitude of homage; behind (to the left of) the vizier is the unfinished figure of a dignitary [paraphrased from vendor id sheets/cataloguer]
