Test program for 1954 Cape Cod System
Boehmer, Howard W.; Wieser, C. Robert
In the letter from the SAGE Test Committee, Subject: Coordination Direction of 1954 Cape Cod System, 29 June 1955, the suggestion was made that planning, maintenance, operation and evaluation in the 1954 Cape Cod System be "coordinated or directed by a single centralized source." The Committee felt that lack of this centralized source caused the over-all program to suffer. Over three weeks, a review of the test program took place to determine whether this recommendation was sound and whether it would bring about a solution to the problem. This memo discloses findings regarding the sources of trouble in the test program.
