Minutes from the meeting held October 16, 1952 in the New York Offices of IBM to discuss two principal items: 1. the background regarding discussion concerning use of 701 computer in University of Michigan ACD3 system; and 2. the status of negotiations regarding contract for IBM to work with MIT on Project Lincoln (WWII).
