Abstract

Memorandum detailing a meeting held between Division 6 staff and three representatives of the Lockheed Aircraft Company to discuss the use of the L-253 weapon system with the Transition System, the test routines for all parts of the program that simulated target interception by F-99, and a theoretical investigation of the possibilities of improving the over-all accuracy of the Lincoln Transition System by using the radial-velocity information available at MTI radar sites.
