Abstract

Decision on the display system and basic circuits for the instruction control frame were reached during the week. A revised basis for release of design and constructions by IBM in advance of Lincoln approval has been proposed by Project High. Initial negotiations leading to an Air Force contract for two duplex centrals (in addition to the XD-1 and XD-2 systems) have been started.
