Abstract
Memorandum summarizing the schedule dates for design, procurement and construction, and testing of the WWII computer, as developed in discussions between Coombs and Burke of IBM and Taylor and Kromer of M.I.T. It was mutually agreed that the dates as indicated must be considered as targets if the entire program is to move at a pace which will permit Model #1 to be available by the middle of 1954.
