Description
Designed by Karl Malte von Heinz, an Austrian émigré architect in 1930s-1940s, on Road number four of Banjara Hills for the Raja of Wanaparti. The mansion was named Mt. Pleasant. It went through various changes of ownership from the original owner to Prince Muazzam Jah in the 1950s. In 2008 it is occupied by Mukhaffam Jah College of Engineering and Technology.
