Known originally as Aiwan-i Begumpet built by Sir Wiqar al-Umara in 1880, it is one of the Paigah palaces located in Begumpet. It was owned by his grandson Nazir Nawaz Jang who passed away in 1985. Standing in expansive courtyard, this palace is characterized by large verandas and halls. When the palace was partially sold, it was renamed Chiran Fort Palace. In 2006, the palace divided between the owners of Chiran Fort Club and the Paigah family.
