While Manzanita Hall is the largest residence hall at ASU, residents enjoy separate living communities dedicated to business, engineering and education majors. Manzanita provides double-occupancy accommodations with suite-style baths. Amenities include: dining hall, computer labs, tutoring centers, academic advising, laundry facilities, vending machines, air conditioning, volleyball court and basic cable.
