The south elevation, detail showing triangular windows and structure; Manzanita Hall, 16 stories, housing 900 students, dating from 1966, is the largest dorm on campus, and for a long time the tallest building in Tempe. While Manzanita Hall is the largest residence hall at ASU, residents enjoy separate living communities dedicated to business, engineering and education majors. Manzanita provides double-occupancy accommodations with suite-style baths. Amenities include: dining hall, computer labs, tutoring centers, academic advising, laundry facilities, vending machines, air conditioning, volleyball court and basic cable.
