Design for "Wisdom" window, one of the chancel windows in Heinz Memorial Chapel, University of Pittsburgh. INSCRIPTION: [on scrolls held by large central figures at second from bottom level of left / right panels:] The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom. Job [28:28] / The Lord by wisdom has founded the earth. Proverbs [3:19] // [bottom, along left / right panels:] Wisdom is first pure then peaceable gentle and easy / so be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits Jas III-17 // ARTIST'S LABEL: Design for "Wisdom" Window.
