Collection scope and contents:
The collection comprises records created by the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 1986 to 2000. Materials include grants, meeting materials, permit files, presentation slides, reports, proposals, and subject files. Records largely pertain to the CTS and the New England Transportation Consortium (NETC). Also included are the records of the Region One University Transportation Centers (UTC) program and of the program's director, Joseph Coughlin. The collection also includes archived versions of the Center for Transportation and Logistics (CTL) website spanning from 2018 to the present.
