Description
Page from The Morning Advertiser, in which are published letters received by balloon dispatch from Paris, written by a correspondent for the London paper under the title "The Interior of Paris." The letters contain first-hand accounts of events during the Siege of Paris in the Franco-Prussian War. Following the article is a short note about a letter from Victor Hugo, also received by balloon post out of Paris and published in another paper, The Guernsey Star.
