Satirical cartoon depicting a wolf making a deal with a man to get political power, then ending in hell (the underworld portraying Greek mythology figures Tantalus, Ixion and Sysiphus). One frame shows the wolf inside a balloon with his head poking out the top with a caption: "Political Montgolfier."
