Description
Collection of barrel cacti, saguaro (center) and Joshua Tree (Yucca brevifolia) at right; An outstanding private garden collection of cacti, native trees. shrubs and succulents in a suburban tract development. The entire quarter-acre lot (minus the footprint of the house and garage) is devoted to the plant collection. Seen from satellite photos it is quite distinct from neighboring lots, some of which have grass lawns and swimming pools. Many are xeriscaped, but with minimal plant material.
