dc.description | Interior, high altar (1711-1714); The Obere Pfarrkirche (upper parish church) was completed 1387 in Gothic style. In the interior, the basilican nave and impressive ambulatory choir in the style of the Parlers was altered to the Baroque style between 1711 and 1713. The high altar dedicated to the Trinity dates from this period with carved figures by Johann Sebastian Degler. Source: Grove Art Online; http://www.oxfordartonline.com/ (accessed 8/26/2015) | en_US |
