The towers are located in Tardeo, South Mumbai. Construction was completed and the towers were inaugurated in 2010. Each tower has 60 floors and a floor area of 120,000 m2. It was part of a redevelopment project to replace slum (by relocating inhabitants in exchange for "free" land) and mill land, now used as a model across India.
