Description
Photographers with sign outside the Rijksmuseum, Museumplein (Museum Square); I Amsterdam (graphically reads as I am...sterdam) is a marketing campaign/ slogan of Amsterdam Marketing, the city marketing organization of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. The large sign composed of individual giant 3D letters is located in the Museumplein (Museum Square) in front of the Rijksmuseum. The graphic logo was created by the ad agency KesselsKramer. There is another version installed at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and a third set of letters changes locations, rotating around the city at major events. There is also a scaled-down set of letters in the courtyard of the Amsterdam Museum. Source: I amsterdam [city marketing website]; http://www.iamsterdam.com/ (accessed 7/13/2014)
