Mumbai lies on the west coast of India and has a deep natural harbor. Mumbai is the financial, commercial and entertainment capital of India. Dharavi, Asia's second largest slum is located in central Mumbai and houses between 800,000 to one million people in 2.39 square kilometers, however the literacy rate in the Mumbai slums is 69%.
