dc.description | Detail of "mitering" of corner glass panels; The building has 11 floors above ground, and 3 below. One of the tenants is Burson-Marsteller is an American communications and PR company, founded 1953. Burson-Marsteller Germany was founded in 1973. The mixed use building has ground floor retail and upper floor apartments acoustically protected by secondary glazing. The jade green color comes from trademarked structural coatings for the "glassceramic", at the top Decoran® and on the base it becomes structuran® facade rainscreen. This manufacturing process allows the use of recycled glass to produce the cladding. It can be drilled and hung on an aluminum rail system, as in this building.
