Spree Riverside Development
Pedestrian path to Moltke Bridge (1891); connects on the north bank to Willy-Brandt-Strasse and the Chancellery on the south bank; Since reunification, projects have sought to redevelop the riverside. Three large government complexes now symbolically span the river, including the Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus, the German Parliament Offices and Library. The area now has parks and shoreline bike and pedestrian paths.
