Description
Variant on the "Sitka" model (1444 sq. ft.) with attached garage; Mirabel is an off-island suburb south of Montreal, named in 1973. Le St-Augustin is a residential development of single family and semi-detached condominium tract homes in Mirabel. The development is near services and sports parks and has a daycare and park as part of the project. Mario Adornetto was the architect of the various tract models, Habitations ConceptDub was the builder.
