View of portico and side porch with pergola; This Arts and Crafts bungalow located near Frank Lloyd Wright's La Miniatura in northwest Pasadena was built by Charles and Henry Greene in 1906. Known as the Bentz House, the 3,300 square foot residence features five bedrooms, two and a half baths, formal dining room, living room with brick fireplace, butler's pantry, service porch and sleeping porch, a greenhouse, and the original garage. Listed on the National Register. [From real estate listing, 2011; listed for 1.98 million] Avery Library, Columbia University has the original drawings for the house, addition and garage.
