Overall view; In downtown New Haven, it is the headquarters of the Roman Catholic fraternal service organization, the Knights of Columbus. This 23-storey modern style reinforced concrete building (clad with brick), at 321 feet (98 meters) tall, is the third-tallest building in the city's skyline. The cylindrical towers at the corners give the structure a simple geometric form; they contain lavatories and fire stairs and, in conjunction with the building's elevator core, support its structural girders.
