Waterfall fountain with granite base; xeriscaped park area and seating; JP Morgan Chase tower across the street; Located at the intersection of Milam and Capitol Streets, next to the Houston Club Building and across from the JPMorgan Chase Tower, this little park offers a large mural, seating and a waterfall. The park was created and is managed by a collaboration between JPMorgan Chase and Cameron Management (a company that leases office space and other properties including the Houston Club Building). Overlooking the park from the north wall of the Houston Club Building is a 3,800-square-foot mural commissioned by Chase and created by Houston artist Suzanne E. Sellers as a representation of Houston’s architectural history and diversity. The title of the mural is "Muted Hues of Houston"; it was completed in 2000.
