Additional grid structure wraps lower lower floors on south and west creating private patios; detail at corner; Eleventh Avenue is a north-south thoroughfare, next to the Hudson River in the Chelsea neighborhood. The 23 story luxury condominium tower is one block west of the High Line park development, at the intersection of 547 West 21st Street, and wraps around the corner. Nouvel's firm, Ateliers Jean Nouvel, is listed as architect, using the NY firm Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners, LLP. Every apartment (there are 56 units) features floor-to-ceiling window walls, including operable windows, oriented to the south and west. Every apartment has a unique pattern of powder-coated steel window mullions; its unique "fingerprint." There are 1647 different window panels that also differ in inclination and tint. These mullions frame specific views. Nouvel designed the kitchen and bath fixtures as part of his "total design" approach.
