The Temple of Athena, view of the remains of the Propylaeum (1C BCE) or gateway (the Temple of Athena is the oldest, largest and most important structure in Priene built in the 4C BCE in what is called the Anatolian-Ionian architectural style); Priene was an ancient Greek city in W Asia Minor; under Roman & Byzantine rule before being subjugated by the Turks in the 13th century.
