Close view of tiles, depicting doves facing down (coming to earth, designed by Athos Bulcão); The first church built in Brasilia. Known as 'Igrejinha', it was consecrated in June 1958. An Oscar Niemeyer work, it has the shape of a nun wimple (cornette). Its exterior walls are lined with tiles designed by Athos Bulcão.
