Description
Located on the Sidi M'Cid hill. Built by the French government to honor the citizens of Constantine who died fighting for the French in World War I. It is a copy of the arch of Trajan at Timgad. On top is a bronze "Victory of Constantine" sculpture, a copy of a bronze sculpture in the Cirta Museum.
