A hotel in Centre ville of Rabat on Av. Moulay Youssef, built during the French Protectorate. It is approximately 5 stories above ground, with the first and second floor being occupied by a cafe and restaurant. Windows are ornamented with balconets, horseshoe arches, cusped arches, lattice work, columns and the like. The whitewashed exterior is also embellished in places with ochre-colored carved stucco and green roofing tile exterior, four ornate balconies on top left windows, stucco cornice, and green roofing tile, 1993
