The cost per square meter had to be 650 EUR/m2 since the selling cost was 1300EUR/m2. The given footprint of the building was 4 floors high, 58 meters long. The combination of balconies and winter gardens function as constant temperature buffer zone to the main living and sleeping areas. The balconies are shifted opposite from the busy road, which at the same time provides shelter from direct sunlight.
