Date
1395-1405Description
This beautiful specimen is composed of two different triangles, which were produced by varying the warp crossings. The veils of gauze or embroidered lace that have been excavated were originally folded and piled on the head of the mummy. It seems that these materials were used by ordinary people as well as the wealthy. full view
