Top of the residential skyscraper with "Kopblock" visible in front; A complex on Wijnhaven Island in Rotterdam composed of two linked buildings, one a 40-story residential skyscraper, featuring 121 units, and a 338-space multi-storey car park. It is the sixth tallest building in Rotterdam. The lower cantilevered "Kopblok" is a 53 m (174 ft) building that has an additional 79 apartment units and offices. The ground floor is designed for shops and restaurants. Jan des Bouvrie designed the interior furnishings. The tower’s loadbearing structure is clad in red aluminum panels, creating bold vertical lines which decrease in width towards the top to support its slender appearance.
