Detail of Y-shaped glass curtain wall at top; The tower was constructed in 1991 as corporate headquarters for the Dial Corporation; the top shaping is meant to resemble a bar of Dial soap. It is currently occupied by Viad, which spun off from Dial in 1996. It rises 374 feet (114 meters), topping out at 24 floors. A second matching tower was planned but never built. The building features a large landscaped public park with many statues and fountains near the entrance; it is across the street from the art museum. It has been renamed (2015) as Central Arts Plaza to attempt to attract more tenants to the Midtown area. Source: Wikipedia; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page (accessed 8/8/2015)en_US
